Important responsibilities before you sign
- The Contracting Customer is responsible for tolls generated through ETC cards issued under the account.
- This includes authorized use by a spouse, family member, employee, coworker, driver, or other permitted user.
- Toll transactions may be received and invoiced after the travel date.
- Delayed toll transactions and outstanding obligations may remain payable after suspension or cancellation.
- You are responsible for keeping ETC cards secure and reporting loss, misuse, or unauthorized possession promptly.
- Use of Japanese toll roads and ETC equipment remains subject to applicable road-operator rules.
