How to Request an Additional Card

Provide Required Information

Your account details, the new vehicle information (if applicable), and shipping address.

Pay Additional Deposit

¥20,000 deposit required for each additional card. Fully refundable via Dashboard cancellation + card destruction verification.

Your additional card will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use one ETC card in multiple vehicles?

Yes, you can move your ETC card between vehicles as long as the card is properly inserted in that vehicle's OBU (On-Board Unit). However, each OBU must be registered to your specific vehicle.

Is there a limit to how many cards I can have?

There's no strict limit for personal accounts. Contact us if you need multiple cards and we'll help determine the best setup for your needs.

Can my spouse get a card even if the vehicle is in my name?

Yes, we can issue cards to authorized family members. The account holder remains responsible for all charges.
