Smart ICs use the toll calculation of the nearest main interchange. For example:
- • Tomigusuku IC, Haebaru-kita/minami IC → Calculate as if entering/exiting at Naha IC (Exit 1)
- • Nishihara IC (Exit 2) → Full IC near Nishihara JCT (Exit 1-1)
- • Kitanakagusuku IC (Exit 3) → Calculate as if using Okinawa-minami IC (Exit 4)
- • Kishaba Smart IC (Exit 3-1) → Calculate as if using Okinawa-minami IC (Exit 4)

ETC Mileage Service Program

This is why we require BOTH your Shaken (vehicle inspection certificate) AND ETC Setup document — they must match for proper registration.
