Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) is the largest U.S. Navy installation in the Western Pacific and the most strategically important naval installation in Japan. Home to the U.S. 7th Fleet, it provides support to forward-deployed naval forces and serves as the homeport for the USS Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group.
