Payment Timing / 支払時期
- Credit Card: Charged according to your card company's billing cycle
- Bank Transfer: Due within 7 days of invoice date
- Tolls: Billed monthly on the last day of each month (2-month delay)
Delivery / 商品の引渡時期
- ETC cards shipped every Wednesday and Friday
- Delivery within 1-3 business days after shipping
- Rush orders available upon request
Returns & Cancellation / 返品・キャンセル
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If not satisfied within 60 days, receive full refund of deposit. Setup and monthly fees waived. Toll charges are non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your online dashboard. Deposit refunded after final bill settlement (approximately 1 week after final payment). Card destruction photo required.
Refund Timeline
Refunds processed within 7 business days of final payment completion via original payment method.
