From Signup to Premium Access
Your toll report account is created
As a JapanETCcard member, we already have your ETC card number, OBU unit, license plate, and recent usage. We auto-register you with Japan's official MEISAI toll reporting system through our secure JapanETCcard ↔ Japan Toll Receipts bridge — no extra forms, no Japanese-language portals.
Your first report is delivered
Once your MEISAI connection is verified and your first real toll report is successfully generated, it arrives in your email with official PDF certificates and CSV data attached.
Your 1-year Premium trial begins
The 1-year clock starts only after your first non-empty report — not at signup. For the next 365 days, you get full Premium access: daily reports by 10 AM JST, weekly summaries, monthly records, unlimited custom date-range reports, smart alerts, and family vehicle tagging.

Launch Offer cut-off: New signups accepted through Dec 31, 2027. The final trials therefore end Dec 31, 2028. From Jan 1, 2029 all accounts run on Free Weekly or paid Premium.

When we set up your toll report connection, we create a MEISAI account on your behalf. We provide you with the login URL, your username, and password — so you always have direct access to your toll data through the official system.
If you stay on Free Weekly and ever need a one-off custom report, you can log into MEISAI yourself and pull it — no Premium required. Premium just removes that manual step and adds smart alerts, family vehicle tracking, and reimbursement-ready PDFs.

When does my 1-year trial start?

No. As a JapanETCcard member, the 1-year Premium trial is included automatically — no credit card, no contract, no risk.
What if I want to keep Premium after 1 year?
Go to your Dashboard → Toll Receipts → 'Continue Premium.' JapanETCcard members lock in the exclusive ¥300/month rate (or ¥2,980/year — saves ¥620). The regular public price on Japan Toll Receipts is ¥500/month, but as a JapanETCcard customer your ¥300 rate is grandfathered in for as long as your account stays active and in good standing.
Family / linked cards — who gets Premium?
The primary account holder is the only person who needs the subscription. Up to 10 ETC cards (husband, wife, kids, side cars) can be linked under one primary MEISAI connection, and Premium covers them all automatically.
When does the Launch Offer end?
New signups are accepted through Dec 31, 2027. Every member who joins by that date still gets a full 1-year trial. From Jan 1, 2029 all accounts continue on Free Weekly or paid Premium.
Can I go back to Free after upgrading?
Yes. Switch back to Free Weekly anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
