Choose Your Report Frequency
Daily Reports
Delivered every morning at 7:00 AM JST. Covers the previous day (00:00 to 23:59 JST). Includes all toll trips, amounts, entry/exit gate names, and discounts applied.
Delivered: 7:00 AM JST
Covers: Previous day
Weekly Reports
Delivered every Monday morning. Covers the previous 7 days (Monday to Sunday). Summary of all trips with totals.
Delivered: Monday AM
Covers: Mon-Sun
Monthly Reports
Delivered on the 1st of each month. Full month consolidated report with totals, averages, and card-by-card breakdown.

Customize How You Receive Reports
Skip No-Activity Days
Don't want emails on days you didn't drive? Enable this option to only receive reports when there's actual toll usage. Disable it to get a confirmation email every day.

Delivery Time
Daily reports are delivered at 7:00 AM JST by default. Weekly reports arrive Monday morning. Monthly reports on the 1st.

English Translations
All toll gate names are automatically translated from Japanese to English using our database of 2,505+ interchanges. Both Japanese and English names are included in reports.

Report Formats
Premium reports include 3 attachments: Official Certificate PDF, Detailed Breakdown PDF, and CSV/Excel data file. Free weekly reports include a summary email.

Receive a notification when your toll report account is first connected, when reports are delivered, and if any issues are detected with your connection.

Multi-Card Management
Premium accounts can register up to 10 ETC cards. Reports consolidate data from all cards. You can enable/disable individual cards from your dashboard.

Report Data
What Data Is Available
Data comes from Japan's official MEISAI toll reporting system. Here's what each report contains:

| Trip Totals | Total trips, total amount, average per trip |
Data availability depends on what the MEISAI system records. Some fields may not be available for all toll road operators.
