Monthly winners are based on qualified referrals, not just clicks. A referral must meet the program qualification rules before it can count toward winner placement.
- 1Friend uses your Referral ID or referral link
- 2Friend registers a new account
- 3Friend completes the security deposit
- 4Account is approved
- 5ETC card is issued
- 6First billing cycle completes without payment failure
- 7Referral becomes qualified
Clicks, fake signups, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and suspicious activity do not count toward winner rankings.
Fairness & Review Process
- Winners are reviewed before rewards are confirmed.
- Suspicious activity may be placed under admin review.
- Self-referrals are not allowed.
- Referral codes must be entered before the security deposit unless admin reviews the case.
- JapanETCcard.com may adjust, hold, or disqualify rewards if activity violates program rules.
- Rewards are credited only after the referral qualifies — they are not instant.

Use Your QR Code
Add your QR code to flyers, posters, and in-person handouts. Anyone scanning it will be auto-attributed.
Post With Clear Disclosure
When posting publicly, mention you may receive a referral reward if someone signs up and qualifies.
